Under the direction of Executive Officer, the Operations Manager is accountable for the effective management of staff and provision of support services across a defined group of Departments in the School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design. Services include support for financial, human resources, facilities and health and safety activities. Operations Manager works with the Chair of the assigned Departments, Executive Officer, and the Dean’s Office to provide leadership and support in developing and implementing strategies for the operational aspect of academic program delivery.
